LAUNDRY SERVICE

Kampi Ya Boma provides daily laundry service for all our guests at an additional price. We will pick up your laundry from your room in the morning and return it in the evening.

CLEANING SERVICE

All of our rooms are cleaned on a daily basis by our staff to ensure you always return to a clean and fresh room. Some of the services you can expect is for your bed to be made, bathroom cleaned, surfaces wiped and disinfected and items such as complementary water replenished just to state a few.

RECEPTION

Our reception desk is manned from 6.00 am in the morning till approximately 10:30 pm every day and our friendly staff are available to assist with any information and will try assist you with anything you might need. Our staff will greet you on arrival, assist you with any luggage from your car and arrange porterage to your chalet on arrival and departure. Check in time is from 3.00 pm and check out is by 11:00 on day of departure. Kampi Ya Boma permanently has a security guard on duty to ensure general security of the area, guests, staff and facilities.
